Entry Level Driver Training (ELDT) regulations set the baseline for training requirements for entry-level drivers. Bus Them In is dedicated to helping layment receive their CDL & training through a EDLT.

• Who does this affect?

  FMCSA’s Entry Level Driver Training Program sets the baseline for training requirements for entry-level drivers. This includes those applying to:
  - Obtain a Class A or Class B CDL for the first time.
  - Upgrade an existing Class B CDL to a Class A CDL.
  - Obtain a school bus (S), passenger (P), or hazardous materials (H) endorsement for the first time.

• What is ELDT?

  The Federal Government has put in place new regulations regarding CDL licenses. These new regulations require CDL applicants to obtain CDL Prep training and take a digital class to be able to apply for a CDL. This has opened the door for companies to charge exorbitant amounts of money to provide the training. Bus Them In will be able to provide the digital classes to churches that want to be ELDT centers at a fraction of the cost.

• What is the benifit of the Bus Them In ELDT Network?

  Instead of paying a national average of $2400 for the training just to obtain a CDL, Bus Them In can provide the digital modules for a fraction of the cost! In the coming months, churches will be able to sign up to partner with Bus Them In and become a part of the ELDT Network, giving them access to the digital training modules and resources to train their own drivers!
